Tim has spent much of his career coaching staff through challenging project work, and has received much praise for his calm, knowledgeable and supportive character - including various management and coaching training courses.
In addition, he has spent over 9 months working with a coach from Growth, co-founded by one of the best high performance coaches in the world, Brendon Burchard. This experience has given Tim amazing insight into the world of performance coaching, including strategies, tools and practices to put things into effect and get results.
Tim structures his coaching programmes around tried and tested approaches from the best in the world, so you will get the benefit from global leaders in the field.
Coaching is no longer about elite executives, it is main-stream, and Tim can work with you on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting, whatever suits your needs, and helps you move towards your goals in an effective and efficient way.
EVENTS
Expanding the knowledge around well-being and performance is a key aim of The Conscious Forest. Setting up or co-developing events in this space is another key service. Tim brings over 15 years experience of setting up and running events, from art auctions whilst leading the Amnesty International group in Bristol, to policy workshops with business CEOs and executives to design innovative laws across Europe, to club nights and theatre.

A whole range of event services could be provided, from securing locations, to supporting development of content, feeding back on presentation style, to marketing and running the event itself.
Collaboration is important and any ideas for joint development of events, seminars, talks, training etc are very welcomed.
